Summary: The previous title was THE MEMORY OF WATER and the film is based on the play of that name.  It is about three sisters who return, husbands and lovers in tow, to their home after the death of their mother.

My thoughts:  It's another rather small part for John.  He and Tom Wilkinson are supporting characters as the husbands/lovers of the sisters.
