Summary: It's an 18th (19th?) century Gothic horror story "set in the lighthouse from Hell", and starring JH and Jim Broadbent. 
It is to be written and directed by Chris Newby (MADAGASCAR SKIN) and produced by Zero Film from Germany, Isabella Films from The Netherlands and WAVE Productions from Denmark. 

My thoughts: Hooray for period pieces! I wish we knew something about this - a plot summary or something.

Teeth News: According to Screen International, "The $5.4m movie has secured funding from a private film fund based in Stuttgart and, so, has taken on another co-producer [Zero Film?]. 'Teeth' is scheduled to begin shooting in the spring [2000], in the Babelsberg Studio and around Baden Wurtemberg." It's now scheduled to film in late 2000.
